Opening Remarks
- Thank Lauren-Ashley for the excellent job she did in preparing the minutes.
- Tonight … INSTEAD OF verbal presentations … we’ll ask the Avenue champions and the other ministry leaders to make comments on items raised in the minutes … and entertain discussion of said comments (clarifying and answering questions, as necessary).
- That said … we want to keep the commentaries short.
- Based on the discussions … we’d like each ministry leader to identify the top goals (no more than 3) for his/her area for 2025. Those goals can be presented during the presentation section next meeting.
